Transfer to Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment in July after 18 month of smooth operation. |

National Space Agency (ANGKASA) established with a mandate to formulate policy and regulations for, coordinate, implement and monitor space activities. |
2004 |
Amalgamation of BAKSA into ANGKASA |

2. Technology Development & Applications Division based at the National Space Centre.
3. Space Science & Education Division based at National Planetarium, Kuala Lumpur.
4. Administration & Human Resource Division based at Putrajaya Headquaters.
